About

Through its historical lineage, Cypress ETI, LLC (“ETI”) has been involved with in-line inspection (ILI) of pipelines since the very beginning of the ILI industry and has been a pioneer in the development of technological breakthroughs that have revolutionized the industry. ETI has developed a unique capability to operate in mortar-lined pipelines, using proven technology that has successfully inspected ~200 miles of large-diameter water distribution pipelines. ETI utilizes established Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) technology to provide a continuous conditional assessment of the pipeline. ETI’s technology center is in a purpose-built ILI facility in Salt Lake City, Utah.

History

Cypress Energy Holdings, LLC (“CEH”) formed ETI with the goal of providing in-line pipeline inspection services to the water industry and subsequently completed the acquisition of the assets and hired the employees of Electromechanical Technologies, Inc. on October 1, 2018. Electromechanical Technologies’ water division is now known as Cypress ETI, which is part of the Cypress Pipeline and Process Services, LLC organization.

CEH is the general partner of Cypress Energy Partners, L.P. (“CELP”), a NYSE publicly traded master limited partnership that provides:
